Water Day
Today we had our first water day of the summer session. We had so much fun playing in the sprinklers and with all of the water toys. Before we got ready for the water we read Beautiful Oops by Barney Saltzberg. This book is about paint spills and accidental tearing paper then turning it into artwork. During our sensory and science activity, we pretended that we went on a picnic outside. We talked about the different foods and thing we can bring while having a picnic. Then we practiced our cutting skills using our fine motor skills. We also used our math and cognition skills to finish our summer patterns.
~Important Upcoming Dates~
CLC will be closed Friday, June 17th for our 5K Glow Run/Walk. Our event starts at 6:15pm with activities and then the race starts at 8pm.
