Bubbles
Today we read Touch and Feel: Farm by Dawn Sirett. In this book, we found out that we could go to the farm and pet animals when it’s nice and warm in the summertime. During our first activity, we used our math and cognition skills to sort and match different sized summer things. We piled each sized thing under the correct sized word. For our literacy and fine motor activity, we practiced writing the letter ‘J’ and we talked about different words that start with our letter. Then we used our sensory and science skills to mix up a messy science recipe. We mixed some flour and water in a bowl then added it to a ziploc bag along with food coloring and some shaving cream. Our teacher let us squeeze the outside of the bag to mix all of our messy ingredients.
