Beach Balls
Today we read I See Summer by Charles Ghigna. In this book, we learned about all of the super fun things taht we can do in the warm summer sun including building sand castles, having picnics, and playing in the water. For our math and cognition activity, we recognized and colored different shapes to be certain colors. Then we used our fine motor skills to do a summer tracing page. We traced each of the different lines so that the kids can play on the beach. During our sensory and science activity, we tried to build little sand castles out in our sand box on the playground. We also had a great water day this morning as well.
