The Trapeze Artist

Today we read True or False: Reptiles by Melvin and Gildr Berger. This book taught us so many different things about reptiles and our teachers taught us that some reptiles like snakes, lizards, and alligators can sometimes be in the circus. For our sensory and science activity, we did a rainbow science experiment were our teacher placed colorful candies in a circle on a plastic plate. We watched as she poured warm water on the plate getting some of the candies wet and making the colors start to melt off of the candies. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to do a letter ‘H’ worksheet where we learned that the letter ‘H’ is for horse. During our math and cognition activity, we matched pieces of popcorn to the correct spots on each paper.
