Circus Tent

Today we read Elephant by Wendy Perkins. In this book, we learned that baby elephants are called calves and that elephants can live until they are 60 years old. For our sensory and science activity, we looked into our circus sensory bin. We found a bunch of circus animals and people as well as a circus train, a ferris wheel, and a trapeze act. Then we used our fine motor skills to practice cutting skills on paper. During our math and cognition activity, we finished some circus patterns so that the circus was able to keep on going on.
