Circus Bears

Today we read Wild Bears by Seymour Simon. In this book, we learned about all the different kids of bears that are in the wild and we talked about how some bears can be seen at the circus. During our literacy activity, we listened to a book on tape. Our book was called If I Ran the Circus by Dr. Seuss and we learned how much work it could be if we started a circus. Then we used our math and cognition skills to count and put together circus puzzles. For our sensory and science activity, we made some puffy paint using shaving cream and glue and we painted some cotton candy for our circus.
