The Giving Tree

This morning, we read the book The Giving Tree written by Shell Silverstein. During music and movement, we had a Friday Dance Party! Then, during our math and cognition lesson we worked on color recognition by coloring leaves the corresponding color asked for. Next, we used playdough during our science and sensory lesson we looked at different shaped leaves. And finally for our fine motor and literacy lesson we practiced tracing and writing numbers.
