Thanksgiving
This week we are learning about Thanksgiving. Today we read the book The Thankful Book by Todd Parr. In this book we talked about everything we are thankful for. We talked about how we are thankful for our mommies and daddies and grandpas and grandmas. During our sensory and science activity we made turkey hats. During our math and cognition activity we used shaving cream to make “cool whip” for our pumpkin pies. We matched the dollop of shaving cream to the number on our pumpkin pie. During our literacy and fine motor activity we used beads to make our names. We then laced the beads on our string.
