“T” is for Turkey
This morning, we read the book Run, Turkey, Run! by Diane Mayer illustrated by Laura Rader. During our music and movement time, we had a challenging obstacle course! We did summersaults, big jumps, and climbed over the bridge! Next, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on putting numbers in number order, and we talked about 3 dimensional shapes like cones, cubes, and spheres. Then, during our science and sensory lesson, we filled a bowl with water, and then we dropped some of our toys in the water to see if they would sink or float. Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we painted our hands like Turkeys!
