Gobble, Gobble
This morning, we read the book The Great Turkey Race by Steve Metzger illustrated by Jim Paillot. During our music and movement time, we had a dance party! We danced, played the floor is lava, and the freeze dance. Next, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on number recognition and 1 to 1 correspondence by putting the correct number of turkey feathers on the correct the turkeys. Then, during our science and sensory lesson, we used water colors to paint a cute turkey page. Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we listened to a book on tape.
