Sense of Feel
Today we read Curious George Goes to the a Movie by Margret and H.A. Rey. In this book, Curious George goes and watches a movie so we talked about the different senses that George had to use as he watched the movie. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we practiced our cutting skills. We cut out the three boxes that we needed to use for our math and cognition activity. Then we used our math and cognition skills to finish five senses patterns. Each of our patterns had something to do with our five senses. For our sensory and science activity, we used playdough to talk about our different senses. We talked about how the playdough smelled, felt, sounded, looked like, and the different foods that we can make using playdough.
