Reach for the Stars!
This morning, we read the book 8 Little Planets written by Chris Ferrie and illustrated by Lizzy Doyle. During our music and movement time, we had our first water day! We played in the water tables and sinks with water toys. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on number recognition. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we used water color to paint a picture of the solar system. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we listened to a book on tape.

CLC will be closed from Monday, August 17th-Monday, August 24th for our Teacher Work Week. We will be back in session on Tuesday, August 25th for the first day of the 2026-2027 school year.
