3…2…1…Blast Off to Learning!
This morning, we read the book Solar System written by Mr. Storytime. During our music and movement time, we pretended to be on the moon today! We used equipment that helped us bounce like we were weightless and spin like the planets in outer space. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on 1 to 1 correspondence by putting the correct number of beads on “shooting stars.” Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we used markers to color a picture of a rocket in space. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we traced and wrote our names.

CLC will be closed from Monday, August 17th-Monday, August 24th for our Teacher Work Week. We will be back in session on Tuesday, August 25th for the first day of the 2026-2027 school year.
