Today we read the book 10 Fat Turkeys by Tony Johnston. This book is about a group of turkeys who were sitting on a fence. One by one they fell off by doing tricks until there were no turkeys left on the fence. For math and cognition time we practiced counting with shaving cream and cut out pies. During our science and sensory time we painted turkeys. Lastly, during fine motor and literacy time we listened to a book on tape.
