Mail Carriers are Community Helpers!
Today we read the book Flashing Fire Engines written by Tony Milton and Ant Parker. During our music and movement time, we used the parachute to bounce balls high in the air. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on patterning using community helper pictures. We also had mail this morning, we each had a letter of our very own in our classroom mailbox! Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we used playdough to make items a firefighter or a police officer may use. Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we practiced cutting and began word building.

CLC will be closed on Monday, September 22nd for a Teacher Work Day.
