Little Chicks
Happy Friday! Today we read Easter Parade by Lily Karr and illustrated by Kristen Richards. This book told us about the different things that happen during a parade and how much fun they can be. During our sensory and science activity, we watched our teachers do our fizzy egg science experiment. Our teachers poured baking soda into plastic eggs and then our friends got to choose what colors went in each egg before our teachers made a reaction using vinegar. For our next activity, we used our fine motor skills to dot some eggs, chicks, and bunnies on our dotting pages. Then we used our math and cognition skills to sort eggs by size.

CLC will have a staff meeting on Monday, May 9th at 4pm. Please make sure to pick up your child before this time.
Our parent/teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday May 19th. We will have a sign up sheet at the front office soon.
Our graduation/end-of-year celebration will be on Friday, May 20th at 6pm.
