Birds & Trees
This week we are learning about birds and trees! We read When Will It Be Spring by Catherine Walters. In this book, we learned that bears like to climb trees but not when it’s cold outside. During our sensory and science activity, we talked about what lives in a tree. We went through a bunch of animals and learned which ones that we know live in trees. Then we used our math and cognition skills to make stick patterns by matching the correct colors of craft sticks. For our fine motor activity, we made leaf rubbings by using leaf templates.

CLC will have a staff meeting on Monday, May 9th at 4pm. Please make sure to pick up your child before this time.
Our parent/teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday May 19th. We will have a sign up sheet at the front office soon.
Our graduation/end-of-year celebration will be on Friday, May 20th at 6pm
