This week we are learning about forest animals. We read the book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury. In this book we went on a bear hunt through grass, a river, mud, through a forest, and a snowstorm until we finally found a cave with a bear living in it. During our math and cognition activity, we matched different forest animals. During our science and sensory activity we colored either a skunk or owl picture. During our literacy and fine motor activity we used bingo daubers and dotted our names.
