Fairytales & Superheroes
Happy Monday! This week we will be learning about fairytales and superheroes. We read The Secret Life of Fairies by Salina Yoon. In this book, we found out that fairies can have special powers that can help others. During our sensory and science activity, we made a very special gift that we will be giving to a very special person by using some paint. Then we used our math and cognition skills to do some magic bean counting where we had to count the beans and recognize the correct written number. For our literacy and fine motor activity, we made lego castles for all of the knights and princesses to live in.
~Important Upcoming Dates~
CLC will have a staff meeting on Monday, May 9th at 4pm. Please make sure to pick up your child before this time.
Our parent/teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday May 19th. We will have a sign up sheet at the front office soon.
Our graduation/end-of-year celebration will be on Friday, May 20th at 6pm.
