Crowns
Today we read Zoe Gets Ready by Bethanie Deeney Murguia. In this book, Zoe gets to choose her own clothes for the day and dresses up as a fairy as well as a superhero. For our literacy and fine motor activity, we laced the letter F using some string. We talked about the different words that start with ‘F’ as we laced. Then we used our math and cognition skills to count the crown jewels that had to be placed on a crown. During our sensory and science activity, we started to grow some beans using a bag and some paper towels. We also had a small sensory bin that allowed us to explore different textures.

CLC will have a staff meeting on Monday, May 9th at 4pm. Please make sure to pick up your child before this time.
Our parent/teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday May 19th. We will have a sign up sheet at the front office soon.
Our graduation/end-of-year celebration will be on Friday, May 20th at 6pm.
