Comets
Happy Wednesday! Today we read Asteroids, Comets, and Meteors by Rosalind Mist. In this book, we learned that meteors, asteroids, and comets all are made by different sized rocks from different space objects. For our sensory and science activity, we looked and learned about different constellations. We learned that constellations are a group of stars that can be found in the night sky. Then we used our math and cognition skills to match the different planets with each other. We looked at the different sizes and colors that planets can have. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we practiced writing our letter of the week. We took our letter ‘O’ and found the letters in a mixture of letters as well as finding the pictures that also with the letter.
