Small Actions Can Make A Big Difference!

This morning, we read the book The Mixed-Up Alphabet written by Steve Metzgter and illustrated by Jannie Ho. During our music and movement time, we played catch and rolled different sized balls to one another. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we matched upper-case letters to lower-case letters. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we put bright blue sand in a shallow dish and used our finger to draw letters. Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we practiced tracing and writing our names.
