Valentine’s Day is Cool!

Today we read the book Pete the Cat: Valentine’s Day Is Cool by James Dean and illustrated by Kimberly Dean. During our math and cognition lesson, we counted from 1 to 20 using hearts. Then, for our sensory and science lesson, we used heart cookie cutters as stamps to make Valentine’s Day cards for some of our very special Valentines! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we listened to a book on tape!
