Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today we read the book Happy Valentine’s Day, Mouse by Laura Numeroff and Felica Bond. During our math and cognition activity, we sorted hearts by color. Then, during our sensory and science lesson, we filled our sensory bin with confetti and flower petals! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we practiced writing and tracing our names. We had a great time at our Valentine’s Day party! We passed out valentines to all of our friends, painted and colored some valentine’s day pictures, used play dough, had a photo shoot, and danced to the cupid shuffle and the cha-cha slide!
