The Tiny Seed
We had the best water day today! We had a kid vs. teacher water war, the kids definitely won. The victors then enjoyed popsicles! Today we read the book The Tiny Seed written and illustrated by Eric Carle. During music and movement time, we had a yoga class. During our math and cognition lesson, we worked on shape and color recognition using a Brown Bear color wheel. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we filled our sensory bin with kinetic sand and made animals from Eric Carle's illustrations. Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we worked on our 3-finger grip by tracing lines.

CLC will be closed on Thursday, July 3rd through Monday, July 7th in observance of the Fourth of July hoilday. We will be back in session on Tuesday, July 8th.
