The 4th of July is America’s Birthday!
Today we read the book 4th of July for Kids written by Kids Fun Learning. This morning, during music and movement time, we marched and danced to patriotic music. During our math and cognition lesson, we matched 4th of July themed items. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we made fireworks with glue and glitter! We also began to prepare for our science experiment later on this week by mixing up special “Fizzy” star ice cubes! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we worked on our 3-finger grips by tracing and writing our names!

CLC will be closed on Thursday, July 3rd through Monday, July 7th in observance of the Fourth of July hoilday. We will be back in session on Tuesday, July 8th.
