Happy Friday! Today we read A Day on the Farm by Brooke Vitale and illustrated by Ag Jatkowska. In this book, we learned what different foods animals eat on the farm. For our sensory and science activity, we looked in our farm sensory bin. We found a bunch of farm animals that needed to be rescued after they have been stuck in the mud. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to trace different objects. During our math and cognition activity, we did a vegetable shape recognition. Each of our groups that we sorted were either a climbing, root, or other vegetable.

CLC will be closed October 7th for a teacher work day.

We will be having our family fun night on October 13th from 4:30pm to 6pm.

Our parent-teacher conferences will be held on October 25th and 27th. We will have a sign up form closer to these dates.
