Sense of Taste

Today we read the book Our Mouth’s Can Taste by Jodi Wheeler-Toppen. This morning, during our math and cognition lesson, we made patterns using pictures that represented our five senses. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we used playdough to make items that we like to see, hear, smell and taste. Finally, for our fine motor and literacy lesson, we made self-portraits and practiced tracing and writing our names. Our Elf, Chippy, got himself into a sticky situation, but he had a great view of our friends today!
