Sense of Smell

We are so excited to be back at CLC! This week we will be learning about our 5 senses. Today we read The Nose Book by Al Perkins. In this book we learned that we use our nose to smell. We talked about our noses and named animals with different shaped noses. During our math and cognition activity we played a 5 senses matching game. During our science and sensory activity, we used our sense of sight and talked about everything that we see on a Christmas tree. Then, we used markers to draw and color lights and ornaments on our piece of the class tree. During our fine motor and literacy activity we used alphabet beads to spell our names.
