Ponds
Happy Monday! This week we get to learn about ponds. We read a book called Can You Say It Too? Quack Quack by Sebastien Braun. In this book, we learned the noises that different pond animals make while living by or in the pond. For our sensory and science activity, we talked about the different things that we might see near or in a pond and drew these things on a piece of paper. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to spell out and practice writing our names. During our math and cognition activity, we did a turtle number matching where we matched the number that each turtle had on its back to the correct pond that it lives in.

CLC will be closed next week, May 30th-June 3rd for our end of year break. Our summer session will begin on Monday, June 6th.
