This week we are learning about a farm and the animals that we see on the farm. We read the book Say Moo by Ed Bonner. In this book, a little boy was trying to find the cows but had to first listen to what sounds each animal makes. During our sensory and science activity, we used farm stamps to make a farm on our papers. We stamped a barn, fences, and many animals to make our farm. Then we used our literary and fine motor skills to practice writing our name on our farm papers. We wrote our names using a marker. For our math and cognition activity, we built a fence for our farm out of popsicle sticks. We had to place the sticks in number order so that our fence won't break.

~Important Upcoming Dates~

CLC will be closed October 7th for a teacher work day.

We will be having our family fun night on October 13th from 4:30pm to 6pm.

Our parent-teacher conferences will be held on October 25th and 27th. We will have a sign up form closer to these dates.
