Mummies
Today we read The Night Before Halloween by Natasha Wing. In this book, a group of monsters were getting their house decorated for the trick-or-treaters to come by to get candy. During our sensory and science activity, we looked into our spider sensory bin. We put the creepy spider rings that we put on our fingers. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to trace over spider webs. We traced our spider webs from the top to the bottom to get our spider across the web. For our math and cognition activity, we recognized different shapes by doing a coloring page. We recognized each of the colors that we had to use and then colored in the spider shapes.
