Leaves, Trees and Acorns!

Today we read the book Pete The Cat Falling For Autumn by Kimberly and James Dean. This morning, during music and movement time, we used our imagination and made forts and cars using cardboard boxes. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on matching shapes that were on acorns. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we were able to feel the different textures that acorns and leaves have while we played in our sensory bin. We used some lacing cards to practice our fine motor skills and we also traced fun fall shapes! Have a wonderful weekend!
