Sunshine, laughter, and happy days
This morning, we read the book Words are Not for Hurting written by Elizabeth Verdick. During our music and movement time, we played volleyball with beachballs and sang songs with the rhythm sticks. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on sound recognition and letter matching. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we used playdough to make summer themed items. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we worked on our cutting skills with scissors.
