“I” is for Ice Cream!

This morning, we read the book What Makes a Rainbow written by Betty Schartz. During our music and movement time, we had a bubble party inside! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on 1 to 1 correspondence using scoops of ice cream and sprinkles. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we made homemade ice cream at school! Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we traced our hands to glue them to paper ice cream cones to make ice cream cones for our letter of the week creation.
