Into the Jungle: Our Rainforest Adventure!
This morning, we read the book Jungle Scramble written by Kirstie Watson and Tilia Rand-Bell. During our music and movement time, we had our last water day for the summer. We had so much fun splashing and playing with our friends, we even had popsicles! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we sorted parrots by color. Next, for our science and sensory lesson we used watercolors to make a colorful Chameleon. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we listened to a book on tape.

CLC will be closed from Monday, August 17th-Monday, August 24th for our Teacher Work Week. We will be back in session on Tuesday, August 25th for the first day of the 2026 -2027 school year.
