“E” is for Eye!
This morning, we read the book From Head to Toe written by Eric Carle. During our music and movement time, we had lots of fun things to climb on and used our sit and spins to turn in circles. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we matched different fabric textures together. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we had a taste test! We had something salty: a saltine cracker, something sour: a lemon wedge, something bitter: bakers chocolate and something sweet: a marshmallow, we were very surprised that the chocolate was so yucky. Then, we painted with suckers! We can scratch the areas where we painted and smell the flavor of sucker! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we colored an eye!
