Dr. Seuss
Happy Monday! This week we are doing crafts based around Dr. Seuss. Today we read Dr. Seuss’s ABC written by Dr. Seuss himself. This book taught us different words that started with each letter of the alphabet. During our first activity, we made a cat and the hat nose using black paper whiskers, a red pom pom nose, and a craft stick. For our sensory and science activity, we did a truffula tree craft where we painted the tops of the trees by painting with watercolor paints. Then we used our math and cognition skills to do a Hop on Pop balloon counting game where we hit the ball into the air the amount of times our teachers told us to.
