Deer

Happy Wednesday! Today we read Animal Tracks by Arthur Dorros. In this book, we learned what each animal track looks like in the forest. During our math and cognition activity, we did an owl memory matching game. We matched the owls by the number that is on each of the cards. Then we used our literacy and fine motor skills to make our letter ‘J’ into a jaguar. We glue the jaguar’s head, spots, ears, and two eyes so he can see. For our sensory and science activity, we made a muddy science experiment. We mixed together sand, cornstarch, and water to make our muddy forest ground.
