Counting, Learning and Having Fun!
This morning, we read the book Jamberry written by Bruce Degen. During our music and movement time, we went outside to play on the playground! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on number recognition and introduced the concept of odd and even numbers. Next, for our science and sensory lesson we worked on 1 to 1 correspondence by adding the appropriate number of dots to each number. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we listened to a book on tape.
