Celebrating Freedom, Friendship, and Fun!
This week, we are celebrating and learning about the Fourth of July. This morning, we read the book Biscuit’s Fourth of July written Alyssa Satin Capucilli. During our music and movement time, we played with different types of balls, some were very bouncy and others were not! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we sorted Fourth of July themed pictures. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we drew pictures of our family celebrating the 4th of July! Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we practiced writing and tracing our names.

In observance of the Fourth of July, CLC will be closed on Thursday, July 2nd through Monday, July 6th. CLC will be back in session on Tuesday, July 7th.
