“V” is for Valentine!
This morning, we read the book Happy Valentines Day, Mouse written by Laura Numeroff and illustrated by Felicia Bond. During our music and motor time, we played with balloons! We rubbed them on our heads and made them stick to the walls. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked our lacing skills. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we colored on a piece of foil with markers and we sprayed the foil with water. Nex,t we chose a Valentines picture and placed it on the wet foil and the color transferred to our pictures! Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we covered an upper-case letter “V” with different colors and sizes of hearts.
