“T” is for Toucan!

Today we read the book The Bear Snores On written by Karma Wilson and illustrated by Jane Chapman. This morning, during music and movement time, we acted like monkeys swinging from the trees! Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we sorted butterflies by size. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we painted plastic snakes with school glue, then we peeled off the skin, just like when a snake sheds its skin as it grows.  Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we made colorful Toucans!
