Happy Friday! Today we read the Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg. This book tells a story of a little boy who gets picked up by a train Christmas Eve night, and is taken on an adventure to the North Pole. There he meets Santa and is gifted a magical bell, which only those who believe can hear. Today for our math and cognition activity we drew different shapes. During science and sensory time we made sensory bins out of gingerbread mix and cookie cutters. Lastly, for our fine motor and literacy time we practiced tracing.
