‘S’ is for Sports!

Today we read the book The Berenstain Bears Play Football by Mike Berenstain This morning, during our motor room time, we played soccer, football, basketball, and pretended to go bowling! During our math and cognition lesson, we matched different sports equipment together. Next, during our science and sensory lesson, we talked about gravity and how it keeps our feet on the Earth. We dropped different sized balls at the same time to see which one hit the ground first to show how gravity works. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we talked about our favorite sports and then we glued small footballs, basketballs, and baseballs to a big letter ‘S’. We also made pennants with our names on them!
