Oh Mr. Sun, Sun, Mr. Golden Sun, Shine Your Light On Me
This morning, we read the book Weather written by Pamela Chanko and Daniel Moreton. During our music and movement time, Nurse Katie from the health department came to see us. She brought a super cool bike that had a blender on it and she brought fruits for every color of the rainbow! She taught us what each color of food does for our body to keep us strong and healthy. Mr. Jordan pedaled the bike, the blender blended all the fruits together that a delicious smoothie for us each to try. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on our 1 to 1 correspondence for the numbers 1 through 10 using pictures of umbrellas and flat marble counters. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we painted big yellow suns. Finally, for our literacy and fine motor lesson, we listened to a book on tape.

On Thursday, May 21st, Camdenton School District will release for their summer break at 1pm. CLC will remain open until 4:30pm.
On Friday, May 22nd, CLC will close at 3pm. Please join us for our End of Year Picnic at 3pm.
CLC will be closed Monday, May 25th–Friday, May 29th for our end of year break. We will be back in session on Monday, June 1st for our summer session.
