Me & My Family
Happy Tuesday! We are so glad to be back after our holiday weekend. We are learning about our families so we read Mommy Mine by Tim Warnes. This book taught us how our families can take care of us and love us. For our sensory and science activity, we drew a picture of our families. We drew each of our families’ faces and their bodies and made them look like each of our family members. Then we used our math and cognition skills to counted a family. We used little people to count with and made a little family with each little group of people. During our literacy and fine motor activity, we listened to a book on tape about families.
