Leaves & Acorns

Happy Monday!! This week we are learning about leaves and acorns! We read the book Let It Fall by Maryann Cocca-Leffler. In this book we learned that leaves change colors then they fall off trees. We learned that after fall comes winter. During our math and cognition activity we rolled a dice, counted the number on the dice then colored the acorn with that number. Then during our science and sensory activity, used leaf stencils to make leaf rubbings. Then during our fine motor and literacy activity, we practiced writing our names.

~Upcoming Important Events~

CLC will be closed Friday, October 20th for a Teacher-Work day.

Parent-Teacher conferences will be held October 24th-26th. We have a sign up sheet at the front office. Let us know if you need a different time we can schedule a time that works for everyone.
