Falling for Fall

This morning, we read the book Fall Is for Friends written by Suzy Spafford. This morning, during music and movement time, we stretched our bodies with yoga. Then, during our math and cognition lesson, we worked on identifying shapes. Next, for our science and sensory lesson, we filled our sensory bin with leaves, acorns, and gourds. Finally, during our literacy and fine motor lesson, we worked on strengthening our 3-finger grips by doing a pin pushing activity. We also traced numbers and worked on pouring acorns from one cup to another.
