Christmas in July
This morning, we read the book One Mitten written by Kristine O’Connell George and illustrated by Maggie Smith. During music and movement time, we sang Christmas carols and pretended to go ice skating. During our math and cognition lesson, we used Christmas lights to work on number recognition 1 through 10. For our science and sensory lesson, we drew snowmen! Finally, during our fine motor and literacy lesson, we practiced tracing and writing our names.
